I failed inspection because 2 tires are badly worn. I suspected strongly that this was going to happen and was not surprised. I picked up tires this weekend and dropped the car off for him this morning to mount and balance the 2 tires. He said it was going to be ready around 3. No big deal. I can literally see the shop from my office building.
He calls me up @ 11 and says my car is done and his credit card machine is down. Due to the inconvenience it is $10 cheaper but I have to pay in cash.
